Detailed Bio – Narrative:

Linda Dessau, BFA, MTA, CPCC, is a self-care and creativity expert, accredited music therapist and certified life coach. After begging for piano lessons at the age of 6, she was hooked and began a life-long journey of making and sharing music.

She owns a successful music therapy practice and delivers weekly group and individual programs to adults and seniors with a variety of special needs. She treasures the magical moments when she meets her clients in the music and the veil of disability is completely lifted.

As a certified life coach, Linda has developed resources and products aimed at empowering individuals to make healthier choices and make self-care a priority. She has taught and spoken both locally in Toronto, Canada as well as at conferences and events in other cities.

Eventually she focused her work to serve creative artists like herself – musicians, artists and writers, with a popular website (www.genuinecoaching.com), e-course and newsletter. Her original articles (www.genuinecoaching.com/articles) about creativity and self-care are published all over the Web and all over the world.

Linda's workshops, classes and other live events, including Sing Out Your Stress (www.singoutyourstress.com), bring together her passions, gifts and skills in an extremely exciting way. She's able to share her whole self and bring her warmth and supportive leadership style to both small and large group settings.

In July 2005 Linda launched a freelance writing service, providing ghost written information products such as articles, e-books, e-courses and special reports. She specializes in self-care resources and enjoys working with other coaches.

Linda's mission is to help others make their voices heard - through song, words and other creative venues.

So warm-up those voices and come along for the journey!
